Mrs Justice Moulder
Clare Moulder became one of the Judges of the Commercial Court in 2017.
Mrs Justice Moulder studied law at Cambridge University. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1984.
She practised as a solicitor at Linklaters for most of her professional life, becoming a partner in 1991. She acted in a broad range of banking and capital markets transactions, including derivatives and structured products.
She was appointed a Recorder in 2010, and a Deputy High Court Judge in 2013. In 2015 she took up a full time appointment as a Specialist Circuit Judge in the Circuit Commercial Court based in Manchester.
In 2017, she was appointed as a High Court Judge assigned to the Queen’s Bench Division (now King’s Bench Division) and nominated to sit as a Judge of the Commercial Court.
