Pilot Practice Direction: Amendment relating to inspections by the First-tier Tribunal Property Chamber

The Senior President of Tribunals has issued a new Practice Direction on Tuesday 23 June 2020.
It amends the Pilot Practice Direction: Contingency Arrangements in the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal, under which property inspections have been suspended since March 2020 due to the pandemic.
The amended Practice Direction allows the tribunals to inspect the exterior of buildings or parcels of land, but retains the previous suspension of internal inspections.
