UPON it being recorded that the Appellant having been the victim of domestic abuse and violence in the form of “ Honour Based” Violence from her parents and brothers and as these proceedings concern the suitability of accommodation secured by the Respondent for the Appellant’s occupation centrally on the question as to whether that accommodation is safe or she would run the risk of violence from her family and as it is crucial that her family do not discover the Appellant’s whereabouts
AND upon consideration of the Appellant’s Notice and Grounds of Appeal
IT IS ORDERED that :
- The Appellant be known as “ X” for the purposes of these proceedings pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and the Appellant’s name shall be so anonymised in all further documents filed at court by either party and on any notices of hearing including on notices published by the court on the day of the hearing.
- The hearing of this appeal shall be held in private. The requirement to publish the making of Paragraph 1 of this order under CPR 39.2(5) be dispensed with.
- Costs in the Appeal.
- This order has been made by the Court under CPR 23.9, as the court has disposed of the application without a hearing and without service. Any party may apply to have this order set aside or varied within 7 days of the date of service of this order on that party.
