CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Defendant granting the Claimant support under section 95 Immigration &
Asylum Act 1999 on 6 July 2022;
AND UPON the Defendant having requested her agents to source suitable asylum
accommodation for the Claimant and to propose a property address by 15 July 2022;
AND UPON the Defendant’s agent having sourced section 95 accommodation to the
Claimant and the Claimant having been dispersed to it on 20 July 2022;
AND UPON the Claimant making an application for anonymity within his judicial review
claim.

BY CONSENT, it is ordered that:
1. The Claimant has leave to withdraw the above-numbered claim for judicial
review;
2. The Claimant is to be referred to as “JXU”. No report of these proceedings
may identify the claimant directly or indirectly. Any non-party may apply to the
court on paper to discharge this paragraph of this order, but such an
application must be made on 7 days’ written notice to both parties;
3. The Defendant agrees to pay the Claimant’s reasonable costs in relation to
the judicial review claim, to be assessed if not agreed;
4. The Claimant’s publicly funded costs are to be subject to detailed
assessment in accordance with the Civil Legal Aid (Costs) Regulations 2013.
